âThe apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.â

âGreat stay in a great location. Enjoyable breakfast with great choice. Very helpful staff and very affordable. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Liverpool, within walking distance of the heart of the city.â
âEverything was great but and i say but parking is misleading...its look like its included the price but we have fork out 14ÂŁ just for parking...if i knew that i will drive 5min from here and get free parking so big disappointment on that total mislead â

The apartment was clean and tidy, needed a bowl or a plug in the kitchen sink so you could wash up, also a brush and brush pan so you could sweep the every day crumbs etc up. The shower was very hot, impossible to make it a comfortable temperature.

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel with a great staff. The room was kinda big. There is no cleaning in the room if you stay there for 2 nights. The room was very dusty and the sheets on the bed was dirty.
The bathroom was good and the shower was okey.
We could'nt hear anything from the rooms next to us so the isolation is good. "
"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."
