“The room did not have a mini fridge, which made it difficult to keep drinking water cool. Housekeeping was not provided daily—you had to request it a day in advance, and then wait most of the next day without knowing when the staff would arrive. The internet speed was extremely poor, and even after the reception gave me a code for a “better” connection, it was still very slow. Overall, this hotel is not recommended for guests looking for comfort, quality, and basic amenities.”

“We had such a pleasant stay. The room was modern and clean and the staff attentive and service minded. We had room service one evening and the food was excellent. The hotel is closer to Deptford bridge than greenwhich which is the only thing that wasn’t up to our expectations. It’s not a long walk though, so no trouble really. Would definitely stay again when returning to London! ”

“The young man at the bar when we arrived was super friendly and got us checked in quickly and showed us to our room. The room was very tidy and quiet (Although we were at the back of the building away from the road). The location is great and is around a 25-30 minute walk to the O2 or you can get a bus from just across the road.
