Very nice and modern hotel. Friendly staff. Quite Close to the tube which made it quick to get into central London. Good price! recommended if you don't mind staying outside of the very centre.
Great and so nice humans working here. The only thing is that the breakfast room is to small and crowded. Not relaxing to eat breakfast there a busy day and long waiting to come in and wait to have a coffe took 30 minutes. But the great spacy bars and big sofa at level 2 was so welcoming and relaxing. 18e floor view to. The pool nice. And the bathroom is big and cosy to. Enjoy!
We stayed in the Intercontinental O2 for 2 nights, and we are very happy with the hotel, the service and the room. Delightful, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, nice big rooms with great view over the Thames. Excellent breakfast and a enjoyable spa/pool area. Sky bar was nice for some cocktails. The location is a little off from the heart of the city but it only took 15 minutes with the metro. And we even got a ride with their car from the hotel to the station (maybe a 3-4 minute walk). Would definitely recommend this hotel!
