"Det positiva: Fantastiskt läge, hjälpsam personal i receptionen, mycket god frukostbuffé. Det negativa: Försökte nå hotellet innan ankomst för att ställa frågor vilket var omöjligt. Ingen AC. Ingen USB-c vid sängborden. Gamla och omoderna rum. T ex fanns faxuttag! Trasiga duschmunstycken i badkaret. Telefonen på rummet fungerade inte när vi försökte ringa receptionen. Extrasängen till vår dotter var inte ordnad och vi fick säga till flera gånger. Handdukar saknades. Hissarna var alltid upptagna/gick åt fel håll mot vad pilen visade."

Vi andra fick nöja oss med många sorters sötbröd, olik bra yougurt, just och mörkt bröd att rosta i de mediokra rostarna. Gott the men kaffe som var engelskt som närmar sig Nescafe. "Royal National Hotel är ett väldigt stort hotell med sina över tusen rum. Rummen var helt okej; det var rent, och framför allt var det tysta rum. Det var enkelt, men funktionellt. Hotellet låg väldigt centralt, så det gick att gå till Oxford Street på cirka 15 minuter. Det var också väldigt bekvämt att kunna ta tunnelbanan från Heathrow flygplats direkt till Russell Square, där hotellet låg."
