“Bait & Switch. Vrbo knows & won't help. They are allowing Avi & Jazz continue to rip guests off. We booked with Avi, we didn't have good internet, thanks figoogle garbage, we thought we made an address mistake. We were tired and it was 11pm when the cab dropped us off. A nice stranger drove us to another address that Avi gave us. It was an ant riddled dump. When i had better internet, I saw that i didn't make the mistake with the address it was a bait &switch. Now, vrbo won't refund our money...

“Old grotty room with very basic furniture. Bathrooms are dirty with no toilet paper in the toilet. Looks absolutely NOTHING like the pretty pictures on the website. Twenty minute walk to Big Ben and Parliament, not close by as advertised. Don’t waste your money on this place. It’s horrible. ”
