“Stayed here with 16 members of the family, aged 10 months to over 70. Games room was perfect, very well stocked kitchen , bedrooms were good, in general the property needs a hug, tired in places. The beaches are accessible by only the sure footed, and we’re not suitable to sit on as there was evidence of rock falls.having said that the coastal walks were perfect”

“A fantastic townhouse in the heart of Southampton, mere minutes walk from great bars, pubs, restaurants, shops, and activities of Southampton. Tucked away in the quiet Westgate Street, this is an excellent house. There were only two of us, and our dogs, but the house is huge and can cater for 6 people easily. “Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is gorgeous. There was an issue with the freezer and they brought us a replacement within a few hours which was impressive & essential as we needed ice for drinks! The garden is so lovely. The location is exactly what I was after. Beautiful quiet village. We sat in bed one morning listening to the bird song. Heaven. Local pubs were great too. Our host was lovely. “We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a convenient location, 15 min walk to West Wittering beach. Great pub across the road. Bright spacious lounge and kitchen with an outdoor patio. Clean and tidy rooms. The hot water stopped working while we were there but it was solved promptly.”

“We spent four nights in Lower Barn House over New Year. We had a mixed group of family from grandparents to newborns and the house was great for all. We found the communication from the property manager Cheryl and the owners fantastic. The property itself is secluded with great outdoor space (when the weather permits!). The living area and kitchen are also great for larger family gatherings. We will be looking to visit again!”

“Very private, great house, amazing kitchen, beautiful garden, private drive and a super host. Situated within a short drive to all the attractions the area has to offer, such as, West Wittering beach, Chichester, Bosham and lots more. The kids were extremely happy as we were and our Tibetan Mastiff. We will most definitely book it often in the future!”
