âWe loved this apartment in the Old Town! The location was amazing as it was right in the middle of the Main Street, and there were no steps to access the building. Iâm not sure anything could be better!â
âWhat a fun experience! The rooms are huge and we had three of the four of them. Itâs in the heart of Old Town and the directions on how to enter through the Pile gate made it so we didnât have hardly any steps to carry our luggage. The rooms were immaculately clean and lots of amenities (including towels!).
Be sure to reach out to them ahead of time to schedule what time you will be arriving. I would 100% stay here again. â

âAbsolutely wonderful apartment, every detail has been thought of! Lots of super comfy bedding and towels, well kitted out kitchen, lovely little terrace (even with a lemon tree!!), jasmine flowers draped outside make it smell wonderful, very light and airy! Yes, there are lots of steps, but Dubrovnik is FULL of steps, not much you can do about that one! Communication was really good with the hosts, honestly couldnât ask for anything better. Also added bonus, beach is at the bottom of the stairs!...

"An excellent 5 star hotel in Dubrovnik, from the exceptional welcoming reception, to the always friendly and service minded staff and of course, amazing luxurious rooms, in our case with a private terasse, beautiful spa and a must mention, the hotel exclusive direct sea access with sun chairs, service and absolute closeness to the Adriatic sea right at the doorstep of the hotel. All and all, a must stay in Dubrovnik, only a few minutes away from the historic Old town and all the buzz it is both calm and serene at Excelsior. We'll be back. Thank you to all the staff for working hard and making it a memorable stay!

Try out the hotel restaurants, they are fantastic.
A room with a terrace is nice but not a must have, try booking in the villa but if you have to choose there are plenty of outdoor space anyway at the hotel facilities.

Ask for a sun chair at the sea front to experience the ultimate best of the Excelsior experience. The staff are attentive and always ready to help out! "
"UdemĂŠrket hotelophold. Lidt i den dyre ende prismĂŠssigt, hvilket faktisk er okay hvis der er tale om âvalue for Moneyâ. Dette hotel er min optik ikke pengene vĂŠrd, og jeg havde hellere brugt 25.000kr andetsteds. Personalet er generelt flinke og det er tydeligt at de gerne vil give deres gĂŠster et godt ophold. Andre personer i personalet er yderst uhĂžffelige, arrogante og snobbede. Personalet har ikke tilstrĂŠkkeligt styr pĂ„ faktura og opkrĂŠvning. Vi blev blandt andet faktureret for et belĂžb med anden signatur og et andet rum pĂ„ 60 euro. Derudover forsĂžgte hotellet at fĂ„ os til at betale for en middag pĂ„ 110 euro, en middag som vi allerede havde betalt. Vi havde naturligvis alle kvitteringer i orden som dokumentation."
