As the only tenants on the property, this stay will be the best of every world: rustic, peaceful, and modern. Appreciate 150 yards of creek frontage, explore the history of the property, or enjoy a fire in the firepit. The container is exactly 15 minutes from Stephenville, 15 minutes from Hico, 15 minutes from Bluffdale, and 20 minutes to Glen Rose. You can't beat the accessibility to these locations, all while enjoying the peace of the country! Please note that this is not a walkable location.

Cozy

We enjoyed the setting despite the damp, cold weather. The interior is very nice, but it is not really suitable for near 80 yr. olds. The rocks were difficult to walk on. The patio furniture was in the way of walking to and from the door while unloading. We would have loved some written instructions about how to operate the heat control and where to put trash, etc.
