Condo at Waikiki Banyan- free parking and near beach

Waikiki fully furnished one bedroom condo located on the 128h floor of the popular 'Waikiki Banyan Hotel'. The condo has a full kitchen and a lanai with partial ocean and Diamond Head views. There is Free wifi, flatscreen cable tv, ac, local call phone, and garage parking. The hotel has a large amenity area with pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, gym, and convenience store and laundry facility.

ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting April 7th, 2025 there will be complete renovation and closure of the 6th floor rec deck. This will include pool, jacuzzies, BBQ's, playground, and all lounge areas. There will be noisy work occurring Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm. The 6th floor restrooms and sauna will remain open for majority of the project, but access will be limited. This project is expected to last 12-14 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced.

The property is clean and spacious, with a lovely view. It's in a great location, just a short walk to shops and several dining options. Free parking is a big plus. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Great location and condo!

The room was everything that we needed. The Beach and a ton of attractions are within walking distance.The only items that were not 100% perfect, were the bathroom door, which falls off the track. Once we figured out it still worked, I stopped trying to put it back on the track and we only closed it when we absolutely need to.We really enjoyed using the cooler that is in the closet to the right when you first walk in. Unfortunately the zipper is not attached to the lid, but with the ice trays for making ice, we were able to use the cooler to enjoy ice cold drinks on the beach for hours. Be mindful of the ice melting and spilling a little when coming back from the beach, but honestly, it was refreshing when a little spilled on me walking back to the room.I am 6'3" so the sofa bed was not going to work with the frame. We were able to place the mattress on the floor and get really good sleep.

The space was great for what we needed. The beds were comfortable although the pullout couch was difficult to pull out and put away. Also, the bathroom door kept falling off the rail but we didn't care much. The kitchen is well stocked and having the beach chairs was great. Although i thought the ad said umbrella too. We just made due without. Proximity to beach and the main strip was super close. Overall, everything was great and would def come back again.

I recently stayed at a condo at Waikiki Banyan booked through Expedia, which I found out later that it was managed by Tropical Escapes Realty and Verb, with services and cleaning fees charged separately. Unfortunately, I had a deeply disappointing experience during my stay. Despite the cleaning and service fees, there were no services or cleaning provided throughout the entire 7-day stay. When we tried contacting the service number provided, no one responded to our calls. The condo itself had numerous issues: Broken or non-functioning items: Power outlets, toaster, washing machine, and beach chairs were all faulty. Inadequate window coverings: The bedroom curtains didn’t fully cover the windows, allowing light and sunlight to shine through at night, disrupting our sleep. We were forced to sleep in the kitchen area on the sofa bed for relief. Insufficient amenities: Only four shower towels were provided for the entire 7-day stay, leaving us to reuse them throughout. Additionally, only four single-serve coffee pods were supplied for the week. no wash machine and clothes were provided in the kitchen, no filtered water, etc.. This stay fell far short of reasonable expectations for the price paid. The lack of responsiveness, poor maintenance, and inadequate provisions made this an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I strongly feel this property is not worth the cost and would not recommend it to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues.

Great location for beach and shops

This is a great location with everything either within walking or bus ride distance.The property had sparkling clean kitchen, linen and towels. The only let down was the carpet being a bit tired and marked and the bath also a bit tired otherwise would be 5 stars
