“- To whoever wrote that they had great breakfast... Your review was the reason why I booked this hotel and the breakfast was not good at all. Also the restaurant personal lack manners. - AC kept on turning off by itself at night so I woke up shivering. - The cleaning missed someone's lunchbox with food in it and scissors on the floor. The personal was very helpful and I got some sort of a heater to my room. Thank you. The hotel is really close to subway and the airport I got a refund...

“Hotel was nice overall and so practical that it’s close to the train station. Unfortunately our neighbours had rowdy fight during the night and smoked enough weed for us to get stoned and when we brought it up with the person at the desk she didn’t offer any compensation or anything. Breakfast staff was real gems.”

“Stayed here over christmas.Service was nice, we arrived quite late but got to check in after hours. The room looked nice, looked much better on the inside than the impression was from the outside. location is close to train and 15min from london downtown. other than that its not much to do in the area. We had lunch here one day, and the place was packed. Food was ok pub food, nothing more, nothing less. I would recommend this place for a weekend stay. ”

“We had such a pleasant stay. The room was modern and clean and the staff attentive and service minded. We had room service one evening and the food was excellent. The hotel is closer to Deptford bridge than greenwhich which is the only thing that wasn’t up to our expectations. It’s not a long walk though, so no trouble really. “I stayed for 3 nights with my family, everything was good except that the booking stated that it was a 4-star hotel and our room could not have more than 3 stars at most. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, the communication was excellent, the railway site is about 100 meters from the hotel and the bus stops in front of the hotel. ”
