Tre våningar lyxhem i ett gated community i Loop 610 nära många restauranger i det älskade området The Heights och centrala Houston.

Huset är helt nytt med fullt utrustat kök, 4K stora TV med kabel; WiFi, laptopvänligt utrymme, skrivbord i alla tre sovrum och telefonlinje. Den har två bilgarage och en extra bil kan parkera på gatan.

Det stora sovrummet är på översta våningen och en av drottningarna. Den andra drottningen ligger på bottenvåningen. Köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet ligger på andra våningen. Ingen hiss.

This is a beautiful property! We had a girls weekend here, and only left the house to do a little shopping one day. The kitchen is amazing, and where we spent most of our time enjoying each other’s company. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. We can’t wait to return next year and make it a tradition.

We had three couples stay for the week. My wife and I flew in and the other couples drove in from PA. The house was very clean and staged elegantly. We enjoyed the space that was afforded for each room. The manager was very accommodating to our needs. When I needed to reach out out to her she was very prompt with her response.

This property was just as the pictures showed and even more beautiful in person. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe there. There were lots of stairs which wasn't bad except trying to bring luggage up. The property manager thought of every detail from the property instruction manual, to the basket of toiletries in every bathroom of things you may have forgotten to pack. Would definitely rent here if in Houston again.

We booked the Houston Heights for a fun Easter weekend, and our group of 8 immediately raved about how nice everything was. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, and the bathrooms are nice and up to date. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into everything so guests will have a great time. Highly recommend - would definitely book it again!

First, Marcela is an outstanding host! Her thoughtful touches throughout the whole property and amazing communication helped make this stay easy! The townhouse is even better than the pictures, plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and infant. Everything you could need and more with easy access to so much that Houston has to offer. We will definitely book with Marcela again!

Marcela was very accommodating. Real quick respond and always try to help . The condo is just as pictured. Very beautifully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Couch was comfortable as well. Everything was great. Only thing is a lot of stairs. Not easy when you have a lot of suitcases 😬 Only complaint us

Marcela was an excllent host. Her home was clean, well furnshed and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. It was convienent to all the places we needed to visit and a short drive to many excellent restaurants. We would highly recommend choosing Marcela's wonderful home.

This property was everything and more. The cleanliness of the home was perfect. This home was very spacious and fitting for the stay we had. Just a tad extra, the art work and decor in this home was very nice. I also greatly appreciated the quick response and effective communication of the homeowner.

When you first come in to this house, this place IS home. It smells so clean, décor is chic, & I LOVE that there's so much natural light! The kitchen & living area are my favorite areas as you're able to do things in the kitchen & keep in touch with your friends and family in the living room. The master bedroom mattress is so comfy, LOTS of closet space and the tray ceiling in the bedroom are some of my favorite things about this place. One of my "musts" when looking for a place to stay is to have a garage to use. I love keeping my baby cool & clean while I'm in for the night 🙂 Next time I'm in HOU this is definitely on my list of places to rent!
