“Amazing resort. We went for a 3 week travel to Cancun, 2 adults, 2 kids, and stayed at 5 different hotels. This was by far the best. Super-nice welcome service even on early arrival, got champagne in lobby, early cleaning to get early access to room, your own butler service, a room available for relaxing until you get the actual hotel room.
Since we previously heard it was busy in the gourmet restaurants we prebooked our nights for them, so it was no problem getting spots there.
