âIt was a clean and beautiful hotel and an easy vacation for all ages. There are fun activities during the day (Pictionary and bingo by the pool were a highlight!) and family events at night. The staff was very helpful and restaurants were easy to get into most nights. â

All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing.â

âPrices were very high comparing the hotel offers.
Here are the good: room was very clean, hotel was clean as well and well maintained, safe,
food was ok, Riu party for all was really great.
Not so good: the barbacue restaurant food could be much better some served seemed not fresh, more food options in the main restaurant and in the sports bar, the beach was full of weed and the trees had roots coming out of the sand, the entertainment could be better, the best was Riu party, other days...

âAmazing resort. We went for a 3 week travel to Cancun, 2 adults, 2 kids, and stayed at 5 different hotels. This was by far the best. Super-nice welcome service even on early arrival, got champagne in lobby, early cleaning to get early access to room, your own butler service, a room available for relaxing until you get the actual hotel room.
Since we previously heard it was busy in the gourmet restaurants we prebooked our nights for them, so it was no problem getting spots there.

âWe had a great time at this resort. Our group had one adult and two kids with Celiac disease, and the staff was really accommodating about showing us what we could eat and making special gluten free food for the kids. The resort was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a jacuzzi loft suite in building 12 and it was HUGE. The butlers in building 12 were great. No complaints. â
