“Great rooms, food ok but on the pricy side. Staff was accomodating but uncoordinated (breakfast was included in the price of our room but we had to remind the staff now and then about it). Location and view are really what sell the place.”

“Amazing all inclusive resort and very clean with beautiful rooms, rainfall shower, and jacuzzi in the patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there were many choices of pools, restaurants, and activities for kids. The only drawback is that we were there during the time there is more seaweed on the beach but it was pleasantly warm ocean water. The beach water is also less turquoise compared to the beach at Isla mujeres, playa Norte. However, our overall experience at this resort...
