The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers twin-size beds. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed. Two full bathrooms, smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, and a washer/dryer in the apartment for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen lets you enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. Sheer and blackout blinds in both bedrooms and the living room ensure restful sleep.

This penthouse is perfect for guests looking to unwind and connect with nature. Relax with the sounds of birds, take in the scenic views, and immerse yourself in the tranquility of this serene retreat.

We’re just a short walk from the best spot to experience the magical bioluminescence phenomenon. You can also catch the stunning display right from the beach in front of the property, particularly during the new moon.

Unlike other destinations that clear sargassum or restrict beach access, Holbox embraces its wild side, offering open and public shores for all to enjoy.
The island’s character shifts with the seasons. During the rainy season, puddles can form along the sandy roads, adding to its laid-back, rustic charm.
Yum Balam’s secluded location away from the lively town center enhances its peaceful atmosphere, though it’s a good idea to plan your transportation in advance to fully enjoy the tranquility.

*PET-FRIENDLY POLICY: We welcome your pets! Please follow these guidelines to ensure a great stay for everyone:
- Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the unit or terrace.
- Ensure pets do not disturb other guests.
- Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
- A pet fee is charged to cover the extra cleaning needed due to the beach environment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

*LONG-TERM RENTALS: Please note that electricity consumption is not included in long-term rentals (over 28 nights).

*PEST CONTROL: While we fumigate monthly, please understand that, being surrounded by nature, mosquitoes, ants, and other insects are common.

*POWER OUTAGES: Power outages can occasionally occur in Holbox, especially due to storms or issues with the local power company.

*CASH RECOMMENDATIONS: We highly recommend traveling with cash, specially for taxis.

*DRINKING WATER: We offer complimentary drinking water for your convenience. Should you need more, 20-liter bottles can be purchased for $100 MXN.
