The rooms are inconsistent
Stayed here twice. Bad soundproof. In the bathroom, you could hear the neighbour was talking, sneezing or peeing. Inside the bedroom, you could hear every sound outside the door.
- The room on 3rd floor was horrible. Terrible smell from bathroom. Dirty beds. The whole room was in a bad shape and needed a renovation. Bed broken, lamps broken. Didn't feel like they checked the room before we checked in. Bad wifi, couldn't stream videos.
- The room on 4th floor was better. No smell from bathroom. Cleaner. The room was in good shape. Bathroom looked new. Good wifi, could stream videos.
Service left a lot to desire. Asked for a trash bin, received a plastic bag. Asked for 2 extra blanked, received one. Housekeeping and kitchen staff don't understand english, had to speak to reception staff to communicate with them.
Terrace was nothing like the pictures. Not in the same shape and breakfast was not served here, but in the basement. The breakfast was simple and ok.
Wouldn't stay here again. The room are inconsistent. Felt the rating doesn't match the truth.
