"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a three-minute walk from the train station and also close to the airport. The service was excellent, and the staff were very respectful, friendly, and helpful.
I would especially like to mention Mr. Othman and Mr. Kamal, who were extremely polite and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a good variety of choices.
There is also free parking available very close to the hotel, which was very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to all the staff for their excellent hospitality and service!"
