“Alejandro was a great host. I had a very zen time on the boat for 2 nights/3 days. I got really lucky with the weather so it was warm, sunny and no rain. Alejandro was very responsive and easily brought me back and forth a few times a few times. Note the boat is in the middle of bay so you need a boat to get you back and forth but it made the experience cooler and more relaxing. “We wanted somewhere different to stay during our vacation to Miami so we picked this boat. We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. We got a lengthy legal document to sign the night before arriving, we looked it over and signed it at the last minute. “i WAS NOT ABLE TO CHECK INTO H PROPERTY UNTIL 10:00 pm. WHAT THEY SAID WOULD TAKE 1.5 HRS TOOK 4 HOURS. tHE REFRIGERATOR DID NOT WORK AND WE HAD NO HOT WATER FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY. THE OWNERS WERE SUPOSED TO MEET ME AND SHOWED UP 1.5 HRS LATE. tHE BOAT IS HARD TO GET IN AND OUT OF AND THE INSIDE IS VERY TIGHT FOR 2 PEOPLE. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE.”
