“The property was in excellent condition. It looks just like the images being advertised. A nice little cozy atmosphere that will sleep about 3 people and not a five being advertised. It will sleep 5 if two are children. I did not hear from the host throughout the trip only at the beginning to notify me that the microwave and stove were not working and they put an air fryer in the kitchen to use. “The inconvenience of the garage parking, having to loop 11 times through the garage to get to your spot was very annoying. Having one key fob during the stay was also annoying as we couldn’t go up and down the elevator without it. I wouldn’t recommend it. Next time I would book at a hotel with a real lobby and towels for the pool and easy entrance to the garage and multiple keys for the room to share among guests.”

“Unfortunately, our experience at this condo was very disappointing. The only real positive is the prime location. The unit itself is extremely outdated and in need of significant maintenance. The headboards on the beds were broken, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, the sinks were dirty, and the bathroom mats were absolutely disgusting. The air conditioning worked well in the living room, but the bedrooms did not cool nearly as well. Communication was another major issue. Our check-in...

“We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami.
