“Check in was a hit or miss. We weren’t able to get our code until we paid the security deposit which the link that was provided was not working so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, when we officially got settled we noticed a few issues throughout the unit. One of the rooms is missing a TV remote, and the TV itself appears to be glitching. Additionally, neither of the showers is producing hot water. We also noticed a few stains on the sheets and pillows, and the blind handle is broken as well also...

“We had an excellent stay in Miami. The room was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, and the location was perfect for getting around the city. Everything would have easily earned five stars; unfortunately, the Wi-Fi stopped working on our second day and remained unavailable for the rest of our stay. Aside from that issue, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.”

“Absolutely pristine, as someone who stays only at 4-5 stars and up, this establishment lived up to expectations. Check in, customer service, cleanliness, staff, responsiveness. This was absolutely 5 stars.”

“Rymlig lägenhet som var väl utrustad och modern. Lägenheten ligger på en lugn gata men nära till restauranger och affärer. Perfekt läge om du vill tillbringa tid i Little Havanna. ”

“Clean room and centrally located”

“We came to Miami for a couple baseball games. It was easy to walk to the ball park. The parking spot was small and we had a truck which was difficult to get into the parking spot. But the apartment was perfect! Beds were very comfortable. We would recommend this place for sure!”

“Great experience”
