“Like others mentioned, needs major updating. I saw a comment about Feb 2025 updates, but did not see it and it is April. Old school feel with old school smell. Home-y. COMFORTABLE bed! Let us check-in early when asked! Close to turtle beach and about 20 mins drive to everything we wanted to do. Dedicated single parking spot! Swimming pool! Flippers and beach items! I would stay again!”

“Property is located in a quiet area which is walking distance to several beaches. Good central location for a bunch of activities along north shore. Really enjoyed coming back from a busy day and relaxing in comfort. ”

“Location of condo was excellent. Turtle Bay beach which is excellent for swimming and snorkeling is a 10 minute walk. We bought our groceries from Foodland which was a 12 minute drive. The only thing lacking was a gas BBQ. There are charcoal BBQs on site, but we did not have kindling or starter fuel to ignite the coals. ”

“Fabulous location near the turtle bay resort - can walk or drive to the hotel’s beach and bring the chairs/umbrellas provided in the Vrbo. Not sure why people are spending 3x a night to stay at the Resort when you can access many of the amenities, excursions and golf without staying there! Unit is sufficient, a little older, but with nice porches in back and front, nice to relax at “home.” Easy drive to many other beautiful beaches, supermarket and food options. Would recommend inquiring about...

“We read reviews before staying and aren't mad about anything! It's no where near the ocean and definitely a walk to the beach, or a view for that matter. The golf course is the abandoned one. Again, no big deal. Just not how described. ”

“The location of this apartment and the size were perfect. The shower is a bit old school but a full size washer and separate dryer was super helpful. Easy walk to the beach and to the stables. Near the road so very very light sleepers may need to bring their ear plugs. Really easy check in/check and the loft room and master bedroom were far enough apart to offer utmost privacy. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone who loves Oahu's North Shore.”

“Loved the location next to Ritz Carlton property and very central to north shore locations and activities. Condo was clean, well equipped and as expected. Internet via the Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent but could have been a short-term issue. Otherwise was a perfect stay.”

“Great to have two bathrooms! Clean, Comfortable condo in short walking distance of Turtle Bay. Everything we needed was there and more. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Nice to have an assigned parking space outside of the unit. A car is necessary for exploring the area. Our favorite beaches were Sunset and Waimea and we liked going to the town, Haleiwa for more economical dining options. Good central location for exploring the North Shore. ”

“Beautiful property. Quiet surroundings. Perfect for multi family stay. 2 master bedrooms and a large loft with sitting area, queen bed and 2 twins. Very nice well-stocked kitchen. Very pleased. BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED that the BBQ that was pictured, advertised and that I paid to have was still not working despite other reviews that had previously complained about it. We planned most dinners to be BBQ, so this was a big problem for us. Please do not advertise a BBQ that you know is not working....

“Great condo, great location. There was nothing more we could have wanted. It had everything we needed and more. It was great to find cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee pods. Stuff I would pack but miss having during a stay. So many conveniences that most rentals don’t have like a laundry basket. The kids LOVED the cute loft area as they felt they had their own little hideaway space. The pool area was nice and it was great to be able to head down to the resort area to smoke and play at the...

“Turtle Bay and the Kulima Bay condos are a lovely property. Being able to spend all day exploring the North Shore, then come home to clean up and make dinner in the condo, then visit the hotel in the evenings is really nice. The condo is really well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen and at the beach and pool.
