In turn, it takes only 8-10 minutes to walk to the ice rink, outdoor gym and the river. It takes just 5-9 minutes to walk to the shopping center and railway station. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the nearest grocery store for convenient and quick shopping. The nearest restaurant is a minute's walk from the property. The car route to the international airport takes just over half an hour. Motorized guests can find public, paid parking spaces in the area.
