A bright and cozy apartment for 8 people (4+2+2) located on the high first floor in the annex of a historic tenement house overlooking the quiet courtyard of the Old Town.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms - one with a large double bed (160x200) and a fold-out sofa (140x200), the other with a large double bed (160x200) and a balcony, a living room with a comfortable fold-out sofa (160x200), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious hall and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

The total area is 80 m2.

Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, drip coffee machine. Guests can use glasses, plates, pots and pans, as well as coffee, tea, sugar and spices.

Bathroom with bathtub and shower, washing machine, hairdryer and towels.

The apartment also has an ironing board and an iron.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: towels, bed linen, internet and all fees.

The apartment is located on the high 1st floor in a historic building WITHOUT ELEVATOR.
