"We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful. The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV. The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldn’t hear anything from outside if you were in the room. Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"

"Fint hotell med fantastisk utsikt. Varsamt renoverat till full modern standard med god komfort. Lugnt och fint. Serviceinriktad personal. Vi uppskattade att det fanns möjlighet att förvara väskorna på hotellet innan incheckningen. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel with a great staff. The room was kinda big. There is no cleaning in the room if you stay there for 2 nights. The room was very dusty and the sheets on the bed was dirty. The bathroom was good and the shower was okey. We could'nt hear anything from the rooms next to us so the isolation is good. "

"Bra läge på gångavstånd från buss och Mersey rail. Fräscht hotell, god frukost och vänlig hjälpsam personal. Skulle bo här igen. "

"Sadly they didn't inform us there was a renovation going on on our floor in several rooms, included the adjacent one. Not that nice to be woken by work sound and music from the adjacent room in the early morning. No compensation was offered either for the inconvenience it caused. "

"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."
