Located in Liverpool’s renowned Georgian Quarter, The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine II is the perfect base for a group of 12 to explore the city. Elegantly designed with a luxurious and upscale modern interior, it is fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable home away from home. Featuring three bunk beds, a king-size bed, and a double bed across three bedrooms, plus two additional sofa beds in the living area, all 12 guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep after a busy day out.



The Space:

Set within a Grade II listed building, The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine II features a charming Georgian-style terrace and entrance, as well as high ceilings and tall bay windows that enhance its elegant and historic character.



Inside it boasts a spacious living area with an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the dining and kitchen spaces. The combination of light-coloured walls, dark cupboards, a wooden dining table with matching benches, and green sofa beds together creates a warm and welcoming ambience. The sofa beds can comfortably sleep one guest on each.



A sleek wall-mounted Smart TV in the living area provides entertainment, while the kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an integrated fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, hob and oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine - everything you need to enjoy a home made meal.



The apartment has three bedrooms: one with three single bunk beds sleeping six guests, another with a double bed for two, and the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, WC, and washbasin.



Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with their own Smart TVs for unwinding at any time of day. Each room also has a desk and chair by the mirror, ideal for vanity use or even work.



The family bathroom is sparkling clean, with a white and blue tile design complemented by golden accents on the shower, bin, and faucet.



Ideal for families, friends, or colleagues visiting for leisure or business, it’s within walking distance of the city centre, with excellent transport links to destinations like Anfield.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine II.



We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock system, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.



The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible only via two flights of stairs.



The apartment is within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.



Please note that there are currently external work being carried out at the address with a scaffolding structure in situ. Please be aware of your own safety going in and out of the building and we apologies in advance for the inconvenience caused.



Please note that scaffolding will be on the building from 10th February until 26th March.



The Neighborhood:

The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine II is nestled in Liverpool’s charming Georgian Quarter, renowned for its picturesque buildings and original cobbled streets.



Within walking distance, you’ll find cultural gems such as The Philharmonic Hall and the Everyman Theatre. Hope Street, less than a 10-minute stroll away, is home to some of Liverpool’s finest restaurants.



The area is perfect for exploring on foot, with an array of restaurants, bars, and cafés to discover. Take a leisurely wander and you’ll encounter traditional pubs alongside elegant fine-dining establishments, ensuring something for every taste.



For those looking to explore further afield, Liverpool City Centre is just a short bus ride away. From there, you can visit the iconic Liverpool Waterfront, stopping at The Royal Albert Dock or the Tate Liverpool for art and culture. If you're a Beatles enthusiast, Liverpool Central is a must-see, where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story – an immersive journey into the legacy of the Fab Four.



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.



The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train.



Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.



If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
