The village in which this house sits is so cute has all the amenities one might need. It seemed very safe and had access to buses and with a lovely 20 minute walk over the Hammersmith bridge, the Hammersmith tube station. The house itself was well-appointed, with everything you might need to be comfortable. The owner was also quick to reply to contact, and was very helpful. We got lost finding the place when getting there (it is down a little secluded walkway), and with a quick phone call, he guided us right to our destination. He had even put some food in the fridge for breakfast for us!We spent a lot of evening time in the living room watching some Sherlock from the easy-to-use entertainment center on the comfortable couch, and also cooked a few meals in the kitchen, and everything was great. My husband and I typically complain about the comfort of the beds in a rented room, but not this time! The beds were super comfy, and we slept like babies after all of the London sight-seeing!Just so potential renters know, the house is most likely fairly old (like much of London), so some newer things like vents in the upstairs bathrooms or floors that aren’t creaky are absent, but that doesn’t mean it was anything but clean and lovely. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend a visit!
