Property Details:
This 95-sqm apartment is located on the ground and 1st floors without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Vertuo coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

All bedrooms are street facing and furnished with double beds and quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The first bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. Additional WC is located on the ground floor. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

The Vauxhall neighbourhood of London is situated in heart of the city, on the South Bank of the River Thames, close to all of the main attractions. It is a rapidly re-developing area, increasingly populated by professionals employed in emerging businesses in this area and by families looking for quiet and green spaces. That makes it the perfect area for business travelers looking for a quiet place to stay or for those headed to the City. You can stroll along the riverbanks and admire the views from London’s famous bridges, including the impressive Millennium footbridge or the famous Tower Bridge. Saint Paul’s Cathedral is a must-see for history lovers. Fleet Street is full of traditional English pubs and home to some of the oldest alehouses in London. The Tube stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton Airports.

Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800ÂŁ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 8 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 35 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of ÂŁ40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for ÂŁ40. Both can be provide for ÂŁ60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you*: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a ÂŁ50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be ÂŁ90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Extreme Caution, Mold around windows, smell of must. Cracked walls and whole in wall and ceiling. Linens on the floor in the closet. Furniture looks dirty and extremely used. We left after 1 hour. Property manager was extremely difficult. Gailing access was with much effort and helpf rom VRBO manager along with not available at site and after. Still dealing with property. DO NOT, book this house

The property was nice and close to site seeing locations. We noticed water leaking onto the downstairs floor from the upstairs bathroom on our second day. We were told not to use the upstairs toilet and they would send an engineer. They caulked the main bathtub and the upstairs toilet still never flushed properly. The leaking water improved but did not totally stop. The last two days of our vacation we had no warm or hot water whatsoever. We wrote to management and they asked us to send pictures of the broiler that was behind a locked cabinet and they never sent us the code to the lock until after we had to check out! We called for help and never got a response. We could not shower at all the last two days of our vacation. We asked for a partial refund for bot having hot water and the management company refused. I am still open to them making this right with us.

We loved this home - fresh crisp sheets and towels, comfortable beds, fantastic water pressure. Appreciated the open kitchen, dining family room - all of the pots and pans and dishes felt like home. Full sized fridge. Very comfortable place. Great location - easy access to train or bus allowing us to get to the sights of central London within about 10 minutes. London Eye is a nice walk along the Thames about 40 minutes. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths allowed plenty of room for us all. Highly recommend.
