No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Please note, the dressing room will be locked in one of the bedrooms. The two king-sized beds can be split into twin beds. Three electric fans are available for use. The apartment is located on the second floor with no lift access. The flat is not suitable for Children under 12 years. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old.
