The lovely apartment is on the lower ground floor via stairs only.
The spacious main living area is on the other side of the apartment. It has a comfortable sofa bed and TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. There is also a work desk and a dining table for four if guests fancy dining.
The kitchen is separate from the living area and comes equipped with all the cooking essentials, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a toaster.
The well-lit bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite. The bribe is fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep comfortably.
The two bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

Clerkenwell are all nearby. For those looking to explore the city more broadly, City Thameslink train station is just a 6-minute walk away.

The property is well situated to get you around London. Chancery Lane (central line), St Paul's (main line), and Temple (circle and district lines) underground stations are all within a 10-minute walk. Blackfriars underground (circle and district) and Blackfriars mainline rail station are within a 10-minute walk, and City Thameslink mainline rail station is less than 10 minutes away.
Otherwise, several bus stops near the property can navigate you around London and the City. Uber and taxis are also readily available in London.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Basement department
The apartment was clean and all the amenities worked very well. It was spacious, but Hvery weirdly structured.. The main problem was the heat. It was too hot, even though we turned off all the radiators. The apartment was also a little bit hard to find, because we went up to the sixth floor only to discover there was no apartment 26 up there. It turned out that it was in the basement
