El apartamento es para lo que es, solo dormir en él. Tuvimos la mala suerte de ir en agosto en plena ola de calor y la única medida contra el mismo que nos pudieron ofrecer fue un ventilador, ya que por ley no nos dejaban ni siquiera abrir las ventanas, lo cual hizo que estuviésemos durmiendo en una sauna los dos primeros días. Recomendaría este alojamiento solamente para invierno. Por lo demás bien la ubicación es bastante buena.

The property is listed as Hammersmith (an adult apartment) property. However what it is is a student dorm called Iq student accommodation. The property misrepresented themselves and now fight to get a full refund for the bait and switch the company pulled on a very loyal hotels.com customer. Unless you are a college student or young adult, I would not book here. We left without checking in and used hotels.com to book into another property not too far away.

No aircon, window only opens a tiny bit at the top, rubbish fan provided - your room is basically a sauna, did not sleep at all. No iron or hairdryer provided. Would never stay here again. Totally ruined my week.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they allowed us to place our baggage into a locked storage area before check-in time. Help available at the front desk from 8am to 8pm only, other just a security guard present at other times. The room was tidy and clean, yet remained extremely hot due to the lack of air-conditioning in the heatwave. The window only opened down by about an inch and there was barely any circulation despite the fan on maximum. The included fridge was a lifesaver. No bin inside the room, and there were no clear instructions where the disposal hop was. A few basic toiletries, which were not enough if staying for more than a few days, which you could not get from the front disk directly and needed to order through another supplier through email, which is inconvenient. Plenty of dining options nearby, and very close to Hammersmith station.

This is not an accommodation this is an Oven! You can’t open the windows fully in the London heat wave, they have no air circulation in their flats, and they give one tiny table top fan for a studio. Staying in there is like an oven. On top that that the staff who manages the building do not care about you. I asked them three times to either open the windows fully fully or provide an extra fan, and they said they’ll get back to me with no reply. This is a student accommodation that they’re renting out in off peak period, but as I said it’s an oven where oven providers do not care about you

If I could give this a lower rating I would. That room was so incredibly hot that it genuinely made me ill and I had to leave after one night, i checked out at 5am and booked another hotel. It was hotter in the room than it was outside. I was given a low powered desk fan and told to open the window to cool the room down except it was on the first floor and that window faced outwards onto a busy main road with a fire station and police station next door so every 15 minutes sirens came blaring by. When I raised the issue to front desk staff they just shrugged and that was it. i was not offered an alternative room or any additional help/ammenities. The fan and window did collectively nothing. It was unacceptable how hot that room was, it was more like a sauna and I got no sleep. Furthermore for a kitchenette you’d think they’d provide a bin? Nope! Not in the bathroom or in the kitchen. absolute bare bones, no hair dryer. nothing

The few good things are that it was furnished and everything worked in the kitchen. Also, there was a decent outdoor seating area and two free-use rooms that had AC. however, the bad outweighs the good. ○ unclean silverware; we cleaned everything before use ○ window barely opened at the top, leaving the fan as the best option for cooling; still extremely poor, and most of the time our room was usually hotter than the outside temp no matter what we did, leading to terrible sleep and consistent dehydration • really stuffy room • black mold just outside the window ○ really confusing room management; separate from the main student housing there ○ some staff members' English was hard to understand ○ we had our fire alarm go off three times during a single night: two shorter events after 11pm and one 10-20 second one after midnight. we were told it was sensing smoke but we cooked probably 5 hours before and had used the range hood. ○ most of the inside doors are heavy and slam shut (loudly). a select few cabinets in our room didn't slam ○ laundry is like £8+ for one load. in America, $5 already feels like a rip-off ○ the bathroom drain didn't drain well, so even a 5-min shower left you standing in a deep puddle. also no fan in there, so the bathroom made the main room feel like a breath of fresh air This is the only place we stayed at in London. Hopefully other accomodations across the city are better, because pigs seem to have better living conditions in China.
