The low score is set in relation to the claim this was a 4 star hotel. It is not. It hardly qualifies as 3 star. The bathroom was big but designed by an idiot. a handicap toilet with enourmous rig occupoied most space, the shower owerflooded constantly, the fall of the floor wasnt right so the water dosent flow towards the drain. The room was big but there was no where to put your things, the bathroom vanity/commode very very small. The bed hardly fitted two people and was not very comfortable, there was basically no space to put your clothes. instead there was indeed unexpexted but quite uncesseary extras - iroining board, washing machine, and a kitchen quite big in terms of drawers but cooking stowe and fridge very tiny. so a kitchen build for storing kitchen material, but not for cooking and the romm otherwise had no storige so its not for longer stay period, so why the big kitchen storage capacity and kitchen? One of the elevator didnt work in this narrow 19 stories building (or something like that), extreamly late checkin (4pm) and booking a 3 people room didnt work. in booking it worked but on spot they wanted to charge quite allot extra for the extra bed. After long discusion we didnt have to pay so that was good, or what to be expected in the first place, but when we came to the room the extra bed they wanted to charge extra for was a small broken foldable 50cm wide tent bed. And broken so it was not even possible to lay in it.
