Stylishly decorated with comfy beds and quiet bedrooms, it has all the features you want for a very comfortable stay, including a private outdoor area and in a great location just a few minutes away from Victoria and Pimlico stations.
Using the sofabed? Please give us at least 24 hours' notice, so we have enough time to get you fresh linen. Please note that there will be a £25 linen charge, which includes four towels.

To make your stay even smoother, I provide complimentary tea, coffee, and a starter pack of toiletries, plus essentials like washing-up supplies, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If you need extras, the nearest convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away.
Please note: -This my family home. We expect you to treat it with respect and as if it were your own -Please be conscious of the building’s other occupants, particularly in relation to excessive noise. Parties are not permitted -This property is located over the ground and lower ground floors and has stairs Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire property. Other things to note Check-in/ Check-out: - Our standard check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out is before 11am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee. - Please be on time when checking out on your last morning. Our cleaners are often there at 11am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £100 charge will be applied for an unauthorised late check-out or early check-in.
Keys: Specific instructions are given a day before checkout to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.
A £50 fee is charged for a call-out if you lock yourself out of the property, and there will be a charge of £100 for lost keys (for replacement locks.) Please be careful with them.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.
Extra Guests: No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.
Linen Policy for Extended Stays For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days. You can choose between: Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected. Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure. Both options are available at the same cost.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Great location, great amenities
This was a perfect home base for us while sightseeing in London. The location was perfect -- close to everything we wanted to see and in a lively neighborhood that gave us lots of great options for dinner when we were home for the night.
One note for travelers coming from the West - we knew the bedrooms would be dark since they are on the ground floor, but for us coming from North America trying to adjust to the time change, it made waking up in the morning more difficult than if we'd had a blast of sunshine greet us : ) Nothing to be done about it, just something to consider.
