- The flat is located on the 2nd floor and accessed via two flights of stairs â thereâs no lift, so please consider this when travelling with heavy luggage. - Like most London period buildings, thereâs no AC, but two fans are provided and the flat benefits from good air circulation when windows are open. - 2 key sets are clearly labelled for ease of use.

To help protect our properties and community while ensuring a seamless guest experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider).
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a pre-check-in link where you can securely confirm your arrival details. Depending on your booking, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of our guest screening and protection process.
Your Guest Portal will also include: Digital apartment guide Check-in instructions with photos Your access code, which becomes available at your confirmed check-in time (usually 3 PM)
We also offer several optional extras to enhance your stay. These services are not included in the standard booking and can be arranged upon request:

3. Fire Safety - No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard. - No open flamesâthis includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns. - Do not cover electric radiatorsâuse the provided airer for drying clothes. - Keep communal areas clearâthese are emergency exits. - EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed.
4. Cleanliness - Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal.
5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.

For the price charged for this property it wasnât in the best condition. The upstairs neighbour complained to me about sheets and towels left in her way which wasnât my problem. If you have large suitcases be are there are four sets of stairs to scale which can be hard in any Victorian terrace but this should be in the property description. I was disappointed when I have stayed in equivalent properties at a lesser price.

Great stay

The perfect London nest
The location of the appartment was exactly what we were looking for. The property was better than in the pictures and very stylishly put together, everything was clean, tidy, well furnished and comfortable. Communication with the property managers was flawless: they were very attentive to our well being during the stay. We will for sure book it again.

Great apartment in a great area
The apartment was everything is said it would be. Clean, functional and very comfortable. Local area is vibrant with lots of cafes and restaurants. Looking forward to my next stay!
