Imagine starting your day bathed in natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows, with the rooftops of London stretching out before you. This serene, stylish retreat on the fifth floor of the City Pavilion building is a place where comfort meets convenience—a perfect base for families or groups of up to six to explore everything this incredible city has to offer.

Nestled on Britton Street, you’ll find yourself in Clerkenwell, one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. Here, the historic charm of cobbled streets meets the modern energy of trendy cafes, unique boutiques, and buzzing nightlife. Just a 4-minute walk away, Farringdon Station connects you to the entire city, whether you’re off to the West End for a theatre show or exploring the Southbank’s museums and galleries. The Elizabeth Line makes Heathrow Airport just a 35-minute ride away, keeping your journey smooth from start to finish.

Back at the flat, the space is designed with care to feel like your home away from home. The open-plan living area invites you to relax after a day of adventures, offering plush seating and a 50-inch smart TV loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. High-speed Wi-Fi lets you catch up on work, plan your next outing, or stream your favourite series without interruption.

The flat’s two bedrooms are tranquil retreats in their own right. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and private ensuite, perfect for unwinding in complete comfort. The second bedroom, with its cozy double bed, and the additional sofa bed in the living area provide plenty of space for everyone. Blackout curtains ensure you can sleep in as long as you like, even with the city bustling outside.

If you’re in the mood to cook, you’ll love the newly renovated kitchen (updated in January 2025!). Designed for both style and function, it features a brand-new induction hob and oven, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, and microwave. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, this modern kitchen has everything you need. Gather around the dining table to enjoy a meal together or share stories from your day exploring London.

To make your stay even smoother, I provide complimentary tea, coffee, and a starter pack of toiletries, plus essentials like washing-up supplies, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If you need extras, the nearest convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away.

The location couldn’t be better for discovering London’s history and culture. A short walk takes you to the majestic St. Paul’s Cathedral or the lively Smithfield Market. Wander the surrounding streets to stumble upon hidden gems, quirky shops, and historic landmarks that make this city unforgettable.

Before your arrival, we ensure the flat is professionally cleaned and stocked with fresh, hotel-quality linens and towels, so you can settle in with ease. We’ve taken care of every detail to make sure your stay is as comfortable and seamless as possible.

Guests have complete access to all areas of the property.

Check-in/ Check-out:
- Our standard check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out is before 11am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
- Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 11 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.

Please do NOT engage with the concierge. Please note that you are NOT allowed to leave luggage with the concierge for early check-in late check-out.

Keys:
Specific instructions are given a day before checkout to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.

A £50 fee is charged for a call-out if you lock yourself out of the property, and there will be a charge of £100 for lost keys (for replacement locks.) Please be careful with them.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.

Extra Guests:
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.

Linen Policy for Extended Stays
For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
You can choose between:
Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected.
Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure.
Both options are available at the same cost.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Very convenient location

This apartment is very close to the Farringdon tube station which made it very easy to get anyplace in the city. Surprised that even though it was on the 5th floor, street noise sounded like it we were lower down. Nice to have 2 bathrooms.
