The entire flat is for your use. The garden is a private communal garden only open to residents.
When checking in, we worked out a safe and convenient system that allows you to do a self-check-in without the hassle of meeting someone.

The building is a non-smoking zone. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - No pets allowed - No unregistered guests allowed - Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am; - Access to the neighbour's rooftop is not allowed. - Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it (close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. - The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. - A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. - Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore please be careful with them. - Please do your dishes, strip the beds and take the trash out before you leave - Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible - If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.

Great spot in London
Close to all things London. Easy key pickup next to Tube and 2 blocks from apartment. Beautiful flat,quiet area next to restaurants,pubs, and shopping. Would highly recommend for 2 adults and a child. Very nice garden area accessible right from your back door.

We stayed at this Courtfield apartment for 3 weeks in September. The location was very good—a 10 minute walk to an underground station and grocery store, with a good variety and number of restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The apartment was on a quiet street in the back of the building so it was very quiet. Being on the ground floor gave us easy access to a beautiful private garden. While the photos of the apartment were accurate, the description was not. The kitchen was frustrating to use during our stay. It was not well stocked, with an odd number and assortment of plates, silverware, and glassware. We washed everything by hand because there wasn’t enough to fill a dishwasher. Pantry items seemed like haphazard leftovers. The refrigerator needs to be repaired or replaced. The bathroom was also frustrating. It was impossible to keep a constant temperature in the bathroom shower as well as the sink. The toilet took some getting used to. Overall, the apartment needs a deep clean and attention to detail. The rug had been vacuumed but there were stains, and many surfaces hadn’t been dusted in a while. When we arrived the ironing board was set up in the living room and there were only two functioning lamps in the apartment and no power source on one side of the bed (these were quickly addressed by the manager). This apartment probably works well for a short stay. While the manager was responsive there didn’t seem to be a focus on being anything more than good enough.
