The apartment was wonderful - only drawback was it was about 60 curvy steps up to the third level. We were there during the very hot, humid weather and there is no air conditioning. There were fans in each room so that made it tolerable. There is a Tesco grocery store right across the street which was very helpful. Very nice location.

Very clean and great location. Host was very responsive. Good amount of space for our family of 5. A little loud as people have commented, but its part of being in a busy part of the city so we didn't mind.

Right in the heart of Covent Garden with Soho just a hop away. The apartment had what we needed, including a Tesco across the street. Restaurants and bars right outside the door.

The host was extremely responsive, & does a wonderful job maintaining the welcoming personality of this fun flat. The Round House Apartments are in a fantastic location, waking distance from the majority of things visitors works be interested in, including West End shows. For other locations, the tube is very close. Covent Garden has tons of shops, pubs, restaurants, fast food, etc. The listing is factual about the stairs-only access & no A/C. It was toasty during an unseasonably warm May, but there were fans provided & the neighbors (pubs) were quiet enough to keep the windows open for airflow in the evenings. We highly recommend this lodging in London & will certainly return when we visit again.

Recommended Stay

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of five (my wife, our three kids, and I) and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable; right in the heart of Covent Garden, just a couple of minutes from everything you could possibly want to see or do. A small note: there’s no elevator or air conditioning, but this is clearly mentioned in the description, so no surprises there. Round House Apartments is 100% recommended. Thank you, Ivan, for being such a great host!

We enjoyed this property immensely and look forward to returning. We stayed for 5 nights at the end of June with 3 kids (ages 8-13). Everything was lovely: spotless, comfortable, beautifully decorated, well stocked, linens were very nice. The apartment is larger than it appears in the listing photos. The location is absolutely superb, and a Tesco across the street makes longer stays very easy. It was easy to get there from Heathrow on the Piccadilly line. The property owner was super helpful and responsive. There was a mild heat wave, and we were very comfortable with the fans provided. I recommend highly!

We were hesitant to book with only a handful of reviews, but glad we did. The rooms are clean and the whole apartment is well stocked. Having a washing machine allowed us to pack lighter. Tons of restaurants and bars in the area, a grocery store across the street, and several tube stations close by. Ivan is very friendly and helpful. The street can be a bit noisy on Fri/Sat nights, but we used white noise apps & it didn’t really bother us. You really can’t find a more central location when surrounded by Covent Garden, 7 Dials, Leicester Square, and Chinatown.

The Round House was perfectly located, a great host, and nice amenities. We had a slight hiccup with the door (access was a little wonky) but Ivan was a huge help! Very spacious lodging was important for our family but it was the location that made our London experience fulfilling. We will definitely pick this place on a future visit to London!
