The flat comprises 2 large double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite bathroom, 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds, separate family bathroom, spacious reception room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with integrated appliances and to 2 private balconies.

COVID CLEANING SAFETY MEASURES:



We are a professional short let management company with operations in major UK cities. We meet and exceed the COVID-19 cleaning guidelines set out by the WHO and the UK Government to guarantee the safety of our guests:



Our professional cleaners:

Use DETTOL * (and other may be used) brands alcohol and bleach-based products

Spend extra time disinfecting high touch surfaces such as switches, knobs, handles, remotes

Wear face masks and gloves

Do not leave excess linen in properties.



Guest Access:

A large lift serves every floor, offering easy and convenient access to your apartment. The Eight Apartments are fully step-free, making them ideal for all guests.

Blending historic charm with modern style, it’s a hub for culture, fashion, and nightlife — perfect for those seeking an energetic and authentic London experience.



Getting Around:

Shoreditch offers excellent transport links for exploring London. Shoreditch High Street Overground and nearby Liverpool Street and Old Street stations provide quick access to the Tube, trains, and buses across the city. Key attractions like the Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the West End are just minutes away, making it easy to reach London’s top sights, shopping districts, and cultural landmarks. Walking and cycling are also popular for discovering local gems nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in:

-You must confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival. If you do not confirm the time, we will schedule the check-in at 3pm. Additional charges may apply if you check-in later than the scheduled time.



Late check-in fees:

- For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

- For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



The late check-in fee will be applicable based upon the time you will reach to the apartment and we will initiate a request to charge the amount accordingly in case you arrive after 10:00 PM.



- Baby cot has small charge of £15 inc VAT per stay

- Extra Bed is £35 inc VAT per stay



For security reasons:

- We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

- We don't accept 3rd party check-ins. If you cannot be present for the check-in you will need to add the person checking in to the booking and present additional information.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available to assist you throughout your stay. During standard office hours, we'll meet you at the main entrance of the building. For arrivals outside of these hours, we'll arrange a remote check-in. We'll confirm the check-in details with you 24 hours before your arrival.
