A Home to Relax and Unwind
The bedroom sits behind its own door, so you can turn in for a quiet night while someone else stays up in the open-plan lounge. Wind down in front of the Smart TV with Netflix, and cook a proper meal in the galley kitchen with its Siemens oven and Bosch coffee machine. Air conditioning and room-darkening shades in the bedroom help on warm nights and light City mornings.

The Layout

• Living and dining area: Open-plan lounge with a deep grey sofa, a teal accent armchair and a Smart TV with Netflix. Tall patio doors open onto a balcony with a city view. A glass-topped dining table seats two.

• Kitchen: Full galley kitchen in cream and graphite, fitted with a Siemens oven, induction hob, Bosch coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and cooking basics.

• Bedroom 1: Softly carpeted with a plush upholstered king bed, a sofa bed, bedside lamps, wardrobe and clothing storage, an iron and its own Smart TV.

• Bathroom: Marble bathroom with a rainfall shower over the bath, mirrored vanity and wall-hung basin.

Location
This corner of EC3 mixes historic cobbled lanes with glassy City towers, and it empties out quietly in the evenings. The river, the Monument and some of the City`s oldest streets are all a short walk from the door, with Bank and Monument stations close by for Tube and DLR services.

Good to Know Before You Book
The flat opens onto the street, so you may hear some noise on weekday mornings. Keys are collected from a nearby KeyNest point around a 10-minute walk from the apartment, so please factor this into your arrival time. There is no allocated or on-site parking; free on-street parking is available right by the building between 5pm and 6am, and outside those hours a ticket may be issued, with paid car parks such as the NCP on Lower Thames Street a short walk away. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Up to one well-behaved pet is welcome at no extra charge, but please include them on your booking. No smoking, no parties, and quiet hours after 10pm to respect neighbours.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £150 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
