The space
A sunny, spacious, modern apartment catered for couples, friends and families to enjoy a bit of nature whilst exploring the beautiful city of London. Enjoy cooking romantic dinners in the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances, a full sized fridge/freezer and oven. Enjoy the garden views from the patio in the morning with a lovely cup of coffee made fresh from our cafetière.

Movie night has been perfectly set-up for you with our 55" smart TV with Sky cable. Those cosy nights in just got so much better! 100mbps high-speed Sky fibre optic wireless internet can have you streaming in seconds!

Our contemporary and luxurious double-sized bedroom is equipped with crisp 200 thread count cotton percale bedsheets, quality mattresses and high-quality pillows which will ensure the best nights sleep. The bathrooms provide a range of toiletries, soft towels and a powerful shower, to help you feel relaxed at the end of a long day!

This wonderfully unique, sunny, cabin will be the perfect base for you and your family during your travels and exploration of London. Great transport links nearby means you can travel to Central London in under 20 minutes, via frequent buses and overground trains. You are surrounded by several supermarkets, delicatessens, cafes and shops to ensure you have all you need to make yourselves feel right at home!

Fancy exploring London's nature and wildlife? You are just a few minutes away from Warwick Reservoir and Springfield Park, where you can participate in water sports during the summer months, as well as seeing all the animals and creatures on a beautiful trail walk around the reservoir and parks. With a little Riverside cafe by the water, you will be sure to have a great family day out!
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment! I travel often so I have the pleasure to be able to share my home with you all whilst I am away. For this reason, some cupboards in the bedroom have been locked as I keep some personal belongings inside. You are more than welcome to help yourself to anything in the kitchen cupboards and I have emptied a wardrobe for you to store your belongings during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my home!
Other things to note
There is a school nearby and a potential for noise between the hours of 9:00 - 16:00. This does not apply during school holidays.

Parking: there is plenty of on-street parking outside the property, however, there is a permit required between the hours of 10:00 - 12:00. We can provide a permit for the number of days you require at an extra charge of £10.00 per day. Please let us know upon booking if you require parking so adequate permits can be issued.

We will be available 24/7 during your stay if you require anything. We are happy to meet you for check-in or alternatively, there is a lockbox outside of the property to allow for self-check in. All details will be provided at the time of booking.
