    The separate living room is a genuinely comfortable retreat. Two dark leather sofas are arranged around a wooden coffee table on herringbone-patterned wood flooring, with a wall-mounted internet-connected Smart TV and a fireplace surround adding to the character of the room. After a long day exploring London, it is the kind of space where guests naturally gather to wind down together.

    When the weather allows, the private enclosed courtyard — accessible from the lower floor through glazed doors leading directly from the kitchen and dining area — offers a quiet outdoor escape. Fitted with metal garden chairs, a low round table, and timber screening panels along the surrounding walls, it provides a sheltered spot to sit out, share a drink, or simply enjoy a moment of calm in the city.

    The apartment is arranged across multiple levels within a period terraced building, offering a practical and well-thought-out layout for groups of up to six.

    You enter through a private entrance hallway with wood flooring, white walls, and a large framed mirror. The open-plan kitchen and dining area sits on the lower floor and is centred around a striking round glass dining table on a sculpted pedestal base, surrounded by upholstered chairs — ideal for seated group meals. The kitchen is fitted with white units and a wooden worktop, and is comprehensively equipped for home cooking. Glazed doors from the dining area open directly onto the private enclosed courtyard, creating a seamless connection between inside and out. A utility area on the lower level houses the freestanding washing machine, with the microwave positioned on a shelf above; a drying rack is also provided.
    The living room occupies a separate level and provides comfortable seating for all guests across two dark leather sofas. A wall-mounted Smart TV with internet connectivity and a fireplace surround complete the room, which is finished with herringbone-style wood flooring throughout.

    Bedroom breakdown:

    • Bedroom 1 (ensuite): King-size bed with a black headboard, layered blush-toned bedding, a bedside lamp, and a monochrome floral wall print above. This room has a private ensuite bathroom and benefits from ample storage. On request, the king bed can be configured as two single beds — please mention this at the time of booking if required.

    • Bedroom 2: Double bed positioned beneath a chandelier ceiling fitting, with a large window dressed in floor-length grey curtains and blush-toned bedding. The room is well-appointed with built-in white wardrobes, a wall-mounted TV, a small round bedside table, and a lamp — everything needed for a comfortable night`s rest.

    •Bedroom 3 / Studio space: A fold-out double sofa bed set beneath a characterful arched ceiling, with wood flooring and a wall-mounted lamp. This space works well as a flexible third sleeping area and is well-suited to additional guests or those who prefer a more compact room.

    The property has two bathrooms, both fitted with a walk-in shower enclosure with a glass screen partition and full-height beige tiled walls. Shower gel is provided in both. Bathroom 1 is the private ensuite attached to bedroom 1; bathroom 2 serves the rest of the apartment.

    Please note: internal stairs serve the top floor of the apartment. Guests with mobility considerations are encouraged to bear this in mind before booking.

    The flat sits on North End Road in West Kensington, one of London`s most conveniently located and characterful residential streets. North End Road is home to a well-established street market running several days a week, where guests can pick up fresh produce, street food, and everyday essentials just a few minutes from the front door. The surrounding area offers a welcoming mix of local cafés, restaurants, and independent shops, making it easy to settle into neighbourhood life from the very first morning.

    Olympia London, one of the city`s principal exhibition and events venues, is a short walk to the north — a particular bonus for guests visiting for shows, concerts, or trade events. Earl`s Court, with its lively bars and restaurants and excellent onward transport connections, is easily reached on foot or by a single tube stop along the District line.

    Further afield, some of London`s most celebrated attractions are within comfortable reach. The Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum in South Kensington are a short journey along the District line, as are the sweeping green spaces of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens — ideal for morning walks, cycling, or a relaxed afternoon in the sun. To the south, Chelsea and Fulham offer some of the city`s best dining alongside the pleasure of a riverside walk along the Thames.

    • Kensington High Street (museums and Hyde Park): approximately 10 minutes by tube via Earl`s Court

    For guests travelling by car, pay and display street parking is available on nearby roads, with parking generally available in the area between 9am and 10pm — though availability and permitted hours can vary by time of year.

    Booking policy
    Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

    Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
