“When I went to check-in at the front desk, the reception person asked me to choose from the floors that were available, which was great. I had never been asked to choose before. Then he also gave me Hilton Honors points for my stay even though I got it through Expedia, which was another plus! The person who helped us check out was also wonderful because she gave us late checkout without thinking and she was just very accommodating. “we needed to stay the night for a wedding and this hotel was perfect for an overnight trip with kids! much better to have a bigger room so the kids have space to play and the full kitchen is such a plus !! the included breakfast + 24/7 coffee / tea / hot chocolate access is a great benefit! definitely one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in and will definitely stay again!”

“The hotel is somewhere between ok and good. It need some maintenance and TLC. The check-in was quick. The Wifi was really slow and the chair to the desk was so low that it was difficult to sit properly and work at the desk. Asked for another chair a couple of times and was promised to get a new one but no chair came. No possibility to eat lunch at the hotel which was a disappointment being such a large hotel. There is a kiosk to buy some sandwiches and drinks but so overpriced. ”

“Easy to book, very friendly personal. Everything was clean and neat. 6 min walk to nice restaurant with breakfast and lunch. Buses close that take you to train and Manhattan. I will recommend it! ”
