“Great hotel”

“The hotel is somewhere between ok and good. It need some maintenance and TLC. The check-in was quick. The Wifi was really slow and the chair to the desk was so low that it was difficult to sit properly and work at the desk. Asked for another chair a couple of times and was promised to get a new one but no chair came. No possibility to eat lunch at the hotel which was a disappointment being such a large hotel. There is a kiosk to buy some sandwiches and drinks but so overpriced. ”

“Great customer service, my temperature control wasn't working when I arrived late at night and they sent up an engineer that fixed it right away. The rest of my stay was nice, quiet at night good for sleeping.”
