"Breakfast sugar overdose, for sure. The hotel is conveniently located close to Perugia train station, but mind that the city center is 400mt elevated in relation to the hotel. "This does not feel like a 5 star hotel experience. There are good parts like the amazing central hotel and dinner experience but that's all. Negative parts: - Probably the worst 5 star breakfast I have ever tried, does not even qualify for 3-4 star because they are pretty stressed, rude, forget things ..."

"We had a fantastic week with family and friends in this villa. Villa is better than pictures, lot of space both indoor and outdoors, Swimming pool a bit cold temperatur but very nice with the outdoor kitchen that we used for baking and homemade pizza in the oven. Comfortable and charming old mill in the heart of Umbria
"We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful cottage. It is part of an ancient castello, as a separate little house (the old mill) and with all modern amenities, lovingly restored. The views from the beautiful garden are absolutely stunning, and we much enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunshine outside. ..."
