Welcome to your ideal beachfront getaway! Our stunning rental house is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. With its prime location right on the beach, you'll have easy access to all the sand and sun you could want.

We are conveniently located on The Gulf Coast between Destin and Pensacola!

Inside, the house is just as amazing as the outside. It features comfortable furnishings and modern amenities that will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and the bedrooms are cozy and inviting with clean fresh linens.

In our home we also have a tv with streaming services, a dining table that converts into a poker table, we have a coffee bar in the kitchen, a bbq grill and a flat top grill, 4 different large dining areas to eat inside or outside, outdoor seating with lounge chairs, high chair and crib for children and a great selection of games to keep everyone entertained!

The main bedroom has 2 queen beds, the 2 other bedrooms have a queen and a triple bunk bed in each room. We understand that 10 beds may not be enough if you are staying with a large group, so we are able to provide up to 7 air mattresses to accommodate extra people (20 guests maximum). These air mattresses are comfortable, durable and easy to use! They just need to be plugged into the wall to auto inflate them! We provided bedding and pillows for every one of these as well. There is space to put them in the bedrooms and we have an office space as well that can be used for beds.

Our rental comes equipped with snorkels, kayaks and paddle boards, so you can explore the tranquil waters at your leisure. We also have a water slide that's sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike. And when the sun starts to set, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful sunset view. This is the perfect place to unwind and make memories with your loved ones.

We are located inside a "sound" so the waves are smaller and the water is more shallow which makes this a great location for playing safely in the water. It is still the ocean though so we get plenty of marine life including fish, dolphins, stingray and crabs! We have had many dolphin sightings near our dock so if you're lucky you can see some too!

Fantastic Multi-Family Spring Break Retreat on the Water

We had an incredible multi-family spring break vacation at this spacious house on the water. The highlight was definitely the large dock, perfect for sunbathing, fishing, and enjoying the breathtaking views of the sound. The calm waters and great beach right by the house made it ideal for kids to play safely. The house itself was a dream for a big group. The kitchen was massive and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook up delicious meals every day. The multiple sleeping arrangements were perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably, and the living areas were spacious and inviting. Overall, our experience was five stars across the board. The combination of the beautiful location, ample amenities, and comfortable living spaces made our spring break vacation truly memorable. We would highly recommend this VRBO property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway with family and friends.
