"The hotel has a lovely location on mid-beach Miami. The art deco decor is fitting albeit a bit dated. My only real negative is that the rooms have no soundproofing. I woke up from people wispering in the corridor. Overall happy with the hotel. Great location, ok pool area, lovely beach area!"

"Hotell var generellt bra, ren och bra service. Frukost var jättebra inte buffé att du väljer själv utan de gav mat och man kunde få tillräckligt med mat. Vi kom innan kl.15 och kunde lämna väskorna och checka in oss när det passade oss. Enda som var dålig är att ingen plockade skräpet på rummet under 3 dagar vi var där. Hotell ligger i en lugn gata som betyder att det var tyst på nätterna men ändå nära stranden (5 minuter). Nära hotellet finns mataffär som är öppet 24 h. Poolen var ren och med varmt vatten. Vi fick badhanddukar på hotellet. Åker jag till Miami igen, förmodligen kommer jag att boka President hotell igen"

"Mycket problem med korten som krävs till hiss och rum. Fick laddas om flera gånger per dag. Städningen av rum fungerade inte. Helt okey poolområde. Bra gym. Mycket fin strand. Medioker frukost. Fin strandpromenad."

"I cannot recommend this hotel as it simply lacks the basic understanding of service. Why you might ask? In our booking we had the right to: - Early check in if available - Late check out if available - Room upgrade if available - A bootle of wine We also managed to get a room with a broken refrigerator that was making a high noise all of the night leading to a really bad night of sleep, until unplugged by us. We asked for late check out, as flight home was late, and was given from 11 to 12, anything longer was 50 USD. We explained about the missing wine and the broken refrigerator, late check out became 13 and we got a bottle of wine on the departure day, because we asked - not because they were trying to keep the promises of the booking. Service is delivery on expectations, good service is delivering above expectations - this hotel don't do any of it. On top of it there is also a lack of work passion and some rudeness from the reception staff, especially on the check out day. Last, seeing the comments made from the hotel on other guests reviews that had issues I truly wonder if management have an interest to improve, I'm far from convinced. And as a consequence we are not willing to spend our dollars in the bar nor in the restaurant, which is sad as they are doing a good job and all ok breakfast. For sure we will not come back and can only recommend others to chose a different hotel where you get more value and service for your money. "

"Nice but as many hotels in Miami Beach also very expensive. Most things worked well, but a few issues didn't: It took a very long time to get our luggage after we arrived. We had to call and remind them. Also, the reception didn't always answer the phone when calling from the room. But in general everything was ok and as expected."
