“For those seeking affordable and comfortable accommodations for a short stay, this property fits the bill. It's like a hotel room in the back of the house, complete with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Everything was very clean and organized. My only complaint was the guests in the next room, who were quite noisy until very late at night. Aside from that, my stay was quite peaceful, and the check-in process was very well explained by Mr. Damian. Luis RD”

“The house is newly remodeled and beautiful inside. Has a lot of extras outdoors, putting green, hot tub, pool table, etc. It was walkable to the Stadium/ Race track if you don’t mind walking. Maybe a 20-25 minute walk. ”

“We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking...

“I can honestly say this place was perfect. Basically a lil one bedroom apartment that felt like home. There was a small private courtyard that we could smoke in which was nice. Host was very attentive and answered promptly. Will definitely be back”
