“Valet and front desk staff were very friendly. The check in felt a little chaotic at first but it was fine. We got through the check in line quickly and staff were helpful and efficient.”

“Valet is unorganized and slow. Waited 20-30 min to get car daily and 15-20 to drop off with valet. Building is old and needs many repairs. The poor is nice and is kept at the perfect temperature. Apartment needs tons of repairs and has mold throughout. We had to buy silverware, because only 2 of each were supplied to us. Cups and glasses are all mismatched. This place needs tons of work, but area is nice and close to everything. ”

“The sectional couch that is in the image is not what’s in the unit, instead it’s an old couch. The cleanliness was ok… if you’re willing to look past the dust and hair it’s not too bad. Plus, there is a mildew smell in the bathroom and it’s tiny. The place is missing a lot of basics - no kitchen scissors, no place to put your toothbrush or hang your bathroom towels, the kitchen table is very wobbly, I ate on the couch. Needs some work on the appeal but the location is 1 block away from the beach...
