Casa Rosa is a very lovely place to stay!! The view of the bay of Naples is amazing and the area is elevated with a great atmosphere and is nice and quiet. We highly recommend the place and Rosa as a host. She was very responsive, had great recommendations and helped us arrange taxis to the airport. We would definitely come back

This house is amazing and Rosa is an excellent host! The view is stunning and the home has everything you need. The air conditioning was definitely appreciated as we stayed there the end of July and beginning of August. We highly recommend this house and would stay there again if we are lucky enough to return:)

Casa Rosa is a dream—and a notable reason is manager Federica, who could not have made our arrival and stay more welcoming and richer. She connected us to a gentleman of a driver Luca, and referred us to a boat tour of the gulf which proved a magical, informative afternoon. Everyone is so proudly knowledgable of Napoli's history. This was stop 5 on a month-long trip (all Vrbo rentals), and while the other managers were lovely, Federica was a whole other level. A WhatsApp away with answers to the queries we had. As for Casa Rosa, we could've stayed just there all week—and especially the patio with that view! We dined, and I wrote from there (wifi made it easy). Loved. The beds and bedding (including the pillows) were delicious, as were the views from each of the two bedrooms (loved seeing Mt. Vesuvius every morning). More closet space than even we could use and tempting for a future month stay...Teen daughter loved the shower. Kitchen had what we needed to prep. Welcome basket was lovely. And one of the safest and most beautiful neighborhoods in this marvelously chaotic urban sprawl. The walk down to the beach was a leisurely 30 minutes with a range of architecture to take in (though we chose to cab it back up because of the punishing heat and beachy exhaustion). We also cabbed it to dinner, but we also chose acclaimed places that were 25 minutes away by cab. Best ot grab cab at top of road, on the main road. We want to return to Napoli because of Casa Rosa!

Absolute Gem!! Highly Recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Rosa. Everything was just magical and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Rosa and her team including Federica and Luka took excellent care of us. Prior to our stay, Rosa responded quickly to my multiple questions and even offered to arrange for a driver to pick us up at the airport. Knowing that our flight from the US arrived over 3 hours late, Rosa reached out as she was tracking the flight and communicated to ensure we still had transportation from the airport. Federica personally welcomed us to the property and showed us around. Then she took us to the grocery store to pick up some food. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including cold water, which was much appreciated. Throughout the stay, the team stayed in close contact with us daily and offered to help with any needs. The beds were amazing with super comfortable mattresses and pillows. The bathroom was excellent especially the shower and toiletries left. And oh my goodness, the best was the spectacularly exceptional view from out every window. Postcard perfect and perfectly serene and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the lovely May weather which was sunny and mild. It was so very peaceful and magical. We did arrange for taxis or drivers each day to meet up at day tours or go city exploring in the historic district, but that was not a problem in exchange for a more quiet and peaceful stay. Would definitely return if we come to Naples again!!!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Casa Rosa. The flat had everything we needed and the view was as advertised. Communication was very easy and we were provided with a ton of recommendations upon check in. We would surely stay at Casa Rosa if we ever find ourselves back in Naples!

Séjour parfait

Appartement avec très belle vue sur le golfe de Naples depuis la terrasse, agréable pour manger dehors. Appartement propre avec tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances et un cadeau de bien venue. Arrêt de bus à 200m vous conduit au métro pour accéder ensuite facilement à la gare, au port et au centre historique. Rosa donne beaucoup de conseils pour faciliter le séjour et prend régulièrement des nouvelles pour savoir si l’on a besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet hébergement qui nous a donné entière satisfaction. Benoit et Marie-Philippe

Home away from home

I stayed here for an extended work trip in November. Aside from having an amazing view (and that terrace!) the place is also spacious and homey and located in a neighborhood away from the bustle of the city (though still accessible to everything). The two bathrooms are great, especially the strong showers. Laundry made it easy for me to "live" there for several weeks comfortably. The only word of caution I'd give is it would be tricky for anyone with mobility issues the stairs, tile floors, and surrounding hills. The staff could not have been more helpful in correspondence leading up to, and during the trip. Excellent hosts! Hope to stay here again on a future visit.

The view was perfect

Loved the place and the weather was great in October. My parents (82 & 85) stayed downstairs. My husband and I stayed upstairs. Marco was very helpful. We are Americans but we know we were staying in Italy. This is an European apartment. We wanted that and we got it. Definitely would book it again. Already had called a friend from the place because she would love it and the neighborhood.

Crate place, great view, very helpful

We came to Naples for four days and used it as a base to travel for day trips. Went to Pompeii and then out to the beach. The apartment was great. We had a wonderful stay. The air conditioning and the bedding were all very nice. It was nice having two bathrooms and a washer and a separate dryer which is rare. The patio was also great for our night time hang out. Thanks for all the help and tips. Very responsive property managers.

A place to fall in love with Naples

I came to Italy for the first time in my 62 years of life with 5 family members. From the first contact with Rosa the property owner to the awesome manager Marco our stay was perfect! The view from the front of the flat was breathtaking and all 6 of us slept very comfortably. Marco will help with anything you need to make sure you have the time of your life in Naples. Amazing Views and Great communication. (if you have Whatsapp)

This is a small two level flat. Party of 5 (2 parents and 3 teenagers). It has many thoughtful touches. 1. Water was in the refrigerator, 2) outlets have usb connectors for chargers. 3)Marco was amazing in communicating with us 4) useful kitchen with appropriate cooking utensils 5) management was very kind and easy to work with when we accidentally broke a glass table 6) updated and attractive unit with modern conveniences. The views of the Harbor and Mountains are stunning and look like a post card. This is a short walk to a few bars, restaurants and markets. The Flat was generally clean (Kitchen floor could have used a bit better). We used Uber eats which was easy and convenient, but you will need to be at the top of the driveway, as everyone tends to miss the turn. The only downside is that you will require a taxi or public transport to get to any historical sites or shopping. I would recommend this location. Just like all of Italy, be ready to figure out public transportation.

Spacious apartment with an exceptional VRBO team

The apartment was great. The VRBO team is amazing!! They went out of their way to help with travel plans to and from the airport, restaurants to go to and reached out to us on a daily basis to see if we needed help with anything. It was our first time in Naples and we had a great time. Highly recommend this apartment for travels to Naples Italy!

Vue magnifique sur la baie de Naples

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil de Federica et elle est restée très disponible pendant notre séjour. Le logement est très propre, pas fragile et très bien équipé. La vue est magnifique, la terrasse bien ensoleillée.

Our New Home in Naples

We loved this apartment! It is a very lovely place with a beautiful view of Naples and the water. We were greeted at the airport by Marcos the property manager and as he drove us to the apartment he explained and showed us everything we needed to know about the neighborhood. When we arrived at the apartment it was wonderful that they had already supplied us with some essentials. Coffee, milk, pastries and more. We had planned to see Naples during the daytime, come back to the apartment, and then go out again at night. But the lovely view from the balcony, and the peacefulness of the patio kept us from going out every night. Marcos was TIRELESS in his attention to us , and it was very appreciated. During our stay he helped us arrange transportation for our guests and ourselves, and the tips he gave us about the city and the restaurants near and far were perfect. If we come to Naples again we will make sure that we can stay at this apartment before schedule our trip.

Amazing view, very clean

Thank you Rosa and Luca for a lovely stay and having all the basics the kitchen upon our arrival. It was so nice to not have to rush out late at night to buy milk, coffee and such for breakfast on our first night. The house was so clean and Luca was very helpful with good communication. He even helped us book an early morning taxi. The view is just as they show it in the pictures- beautiful.

La maison de Rosa,

Rosa nous a très bien accueillie avec quelques fruits et parle un peu français. Sa fille nous a gentiment conseillée avec son téléphone pour les plages, les restaurants... La maison de Rosa est très bien si vous voulez vous reposer et visiter Naples, Pompéi et le Vésuve... La vue magnifique de Naples sur la terrasse est identique à la photo...Merci à toutes les deux.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Naples à la Casa Rosa. L'accueil que nous a réservé Marco était parfait avec de nombreuses indications sur les sites à visiter et les bonnes adresses pour manger. La maison est très bien équipée, une vue extraordinaire depuis la terrasse verdoyante, la climatisation dans les chambres est très agréable. La rue est privée et il y a un espace dédié pour garer la voiture, donc tout est sécurisé. À pied, il est possible de rejoindre le métro après environ 15 minutes de marche (en descente) ; ensuite vous êtes dans le centre en une station. Il y a aussi deux arrêts de bus à proximité de la maison. Un petit supermarché est accessible dans une rue proche. Situation idéale pour visiter le centre de Naples et les environs, Pompéi, le Vésuve, les îles (Ischia et Procida). La maison est paisible ! seul petit bémol, les voisins (et leur chien) un peu bruyants le soir, mais cela n'a en rien altéré notre séjour. Très bon souvenir. Location à recommander sans réserve.

Nice villa, lovely view

Excellent property, in a very good part of the Vomero. Longish walk to the funicular or station for the Metro but there is a bus stop at the end of the road. The owner Rosa is great, her daughter Frederica speaks good English her grandson Marco speaks very good English so for a UK visitor the Villa is ideal. Furnished in a typically Neapolitan manner everything is provided. Quite literally the only thing anyone needs to buy is food. If you’re driving their is an excellent covered parking space next to the property which easily accomodates the largest cars.

Bonjour Appartement avec un petit jardin avec une jolie vue sur la baie de Naples. Il est très bien situé dans une impasse, à flanc de Coline, donc sans circulation. De plus, il y a une place réservée pour une voiture. Le seul inconvénient c’est que nous entendions le voisin du dessus.

ottimo ma non perfetto

la casa è in un ottima posizione e si aveva una bella vista sul golfo di napoli. la casa è funziona, è ottima per 4/5 persone per 6 è un po stretta. i bagni sono un po antiquati e i condizionatori emanano un cattivo odore ma nel contesto abbiamo vissuto una bella settimana a napoli per quel prezzo saluti
