You'll be captivated by the breathtaking views that surround this property, and its location allows you to take full advantage of all that Music City has to offer - just a short walk from Downtown, The Gulch, and 12 South.

Each space in this meticulously designed home has been crafted with the utmost attention to detail and guest comfort in mind. From the rooftop patio with its stunning views to the cozy bedrooms with premium pillow sets, you'll feel right at home here.

Let's take a floor-by-floor tour:

Floor 1

On the first level, you’ll find a king bedroom with pillows for every kind of sleeper - our favorites are the Coop pillows! The adjoining bathroom is stocked with all you’ll need for self-care during your stay - you’ll be pleased to discover this level of detail throughout our home. The design style here is upscale modern with a dose of cheeky-ness.

Walk out of the bedroom and you’ll find handcrafted bunk beds to your left. These were a labor of love! Velvet green curtains provide privacy, while cozy beds and pillows offer plenty of comfort for a good night’s rest.

Floor 2

Here you’ll discover the kitchen, living room, and second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and readily available to you for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pick any spice you need from the spice rack! We highly suggest enjoying breakfast and dinner on the rooftop dining set - don’t miss those sunsets!

The living room spells comfort - we drove a U-Haul up to Louisville just to get the couch! If your group can’t find enough room to sleep on the beds, this couch makes a fantastic alternative! The Samsung 75-inch TV and Apple TV are accessible to all guests.

The bedroom features two queen beds, premium pillow sets, and an adjoining half bath. Guests can also find a dedicated workspace here - sometimes duty calls!

Floor 3

Here you’ll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is classic farmhouse. You’ll find a huge, comfy king bed along with the premium pillow set we use for all of our beds. There’s also an adjoining full bath.

The second bedroom on this floor includes two queen beds with our premium pillow set in a regally adorned space. The crown jewel here is the (nearly) floor to ceiling mirror - the photos don’t do it justice! This bedroom has an adjoining porch and full bath with everything you’ll need during your stay.

Floor 4

The rooftop porch! We have 2 other properties in this neighborhood. This view is by far our favorite! We designed the rooftop to emulate upscale. Hedges surround the dining table and lounge area that accommodates up to 12 guests. Cozy up for sunset cocktails and settle in for some epic views!
