“We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long.”

“The staff and property were exceptional. A magnificent architectural jewel of the Liberty’ period owned by a retired NATO commander who is a delight along with his son Alex and his mother. The young receptionists are enthusiastic about the town and the myriad of attractions. The only thing that could have made it better was the taxi service. “We stayed one night, arriving late and overslept. The property was so understanding and generous allowing us an extra hour immediately. The room itself was spotless, the a/c very effective and the bed was comfortable.
They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and were extremely responsive. I would 100% recommend as a base to sleep in and would stay here again.”

“Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly host and clear instructions for self check-in. The area is close to the central station and feels pretty neglected, but for the price it’s absolutely acceptable. There is a metro connection (only reliable public transport we found in Naples) to the city center within 10 minutes walking distance. Two improvement points: (1) a small lamp for the night stand to have some indirect lighting and (2) two small pillows to make reading in bed more...
