First of all, I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is cute and spacious (for NYC!). Three rooms were great and hard to find and the living room was nice for hanging out together. We came during a hot week in April so the air conditioners in the rooms were not installed yet. It would have been nice to have screens in the windows so we open the windows but some were missing. It’s NYC so I didn’t want to sleep with the window wide open. We did find fans for each room which helped. The kitchen air conditioner was in and cooled the shared space. We tried to use the front loader washing machine but it’s gasket was mildewed and made the clothes smell mildewed. The towels also smelled that way. We were told there were extras in the closet and they were slightly better. The washer needs a good cleaning and probably a new gasket. Lastly the elevator never worked so we walked 5 flights every day. This did not bother us but may be an issue for others. The first day Allan the rental assistant carried our bags which was kind of him. The place was well stocked in case you want to do some cooking but why with so many great places to go?The building is historic (look it up) and a cool find. It’s location is handy to shows, museums, lots of restaurants and great coffee shops. I hope to return!

The stay was excellent. We spent a week there, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Everything was well organized and renovated, which made our stay very, very enjoyable. Highly recommended!! We were given a very warm welcome, and Allan helped us with everything we asked.

Our family of five stayed here for 5 nights in March. The location is super convenient to the subway and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Allan made checking in and out a breeze. Apartment was just as described - clean and spacious. It’s really quite the find for a larger family. Beds were comfortable and apartment was stocked with necessities. Also, no exhaustive check out list. Highly recommend! A

Apartment was exactly what we needed as a family. Location is perfect, you're right in the middle of the action.Was met by Allan the agent who was very friendly and helpful (he helped bring up the cases to the 5th floor as the elevator wasn't working) The only complaint we have is the shower which was always cold - which isn't what you want in February.

The apartment was comfortable and very convenient to all our plans in the city. Chelsea bagel shop was our go to breakfast each morning. We had sushi twice at Habachi and lunch at the Pub. We walked to and from so many of our activities and always felt safe. Everyone in the building that we passed was friendly and “neighborly.” The apartment was clean, warm, and the bathroom was larger than I expected. Laundry was a huge benefit. There was nothing we felt that was lacking from the space. Property manager was super helpful and gave all information clearly. We never felt like we were missing or without information.

The whole process of meet & greet was done really well by the property management agent who was very friendly & accommodating. The apartment itself has a fantastic layout giving us all our own space as well as a good communal area in the lounge/kitchen part. It was lovely and clean with good air con in each room which we needed as the weather was hot on our trip! The location we thought was fantastic, there were a good selection of delis, bars and shops nearby and it was also close to subways. Overall we really enjoyed this apartment as our base to explore NY and would highly recommend to anyone to use and we hope to go again and stay in this great accommodation!

A great apartment, couldn't be closer to Empire State really! We were met on arrival and shown around which was really welcoming. Subway stations locally and the east river ferry from the end of the road. Coffee and bagels from Chelsea bagels were spot on too!

Great Stay!

The property is just as described. The location is fantastic and close to everything that we wanted to see and do. Working with the property manager was a breeze and the communication was awesome. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to New York.

The best location!

An amazing location for exploring Manhattan! We also felt the apartment was "big" for Manhattan standards! It was the perfect apartment for playing tourist in NYC. Check-in and out was a breeze. Laundry was a big plus too.

Our experience at this property could not have been better! It was perfect for our family of five. Having a living room to share was so superior to being in separate hotel rooms. The property has every amenity you could want. The location is so convenient. Allan was super-helpful as a property manager. This property was perfect for our stay in New York- 100% positive!
