This is a wonderfully spacious, well equipped apartment in an excellent location. We would stay here again! Check-in was easy and the managers were communicating There are restaurants just feet away, neighborhood shops, and easy walk to the subway. We met up with our daughter, son-in-law and their 4 children for a few days in the city and apartment provided plenty of room for all of us.

One thing you should know is the parking situation, if you are lucky to have parking on the same street then just know you have to pay for parking every two hours until 7pm then on certain days you can not park from 9am to 10:30am so you have to somehow figure out what to do during that time. It ended up being very costly to pay for parking every 2 hours and they do not tell you about this beforehand. The location is central and the townhouse is above a bar that gets noisy but overall the inside of the townhome is great just would have chosen a different place that had a guaranteed parking spot or at least be told the costs involved with parking as part of the listing.

We loved our trip to NYC and our stay at this beautiful townhouse with our two families and our parents. Spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The location was ideally near NYU and Union Square. The host was amenable to our last minute needs and our trip couldn’t have been better. Would definitely book this place again!

The house was well kept, such a quaint NYC location. They were also super helpful when we needed a late checkout due to an emergency, so accommodating and understanding. Would love to stay here our next trip!

The host was wonderful! worked with me and my wife to accommodate us during the days we needed. The place was immaculate! it seemed like we were staying in a luxury condo with modern furniture, a sleek kitchen, stainless steel appliances, exposed brick walls, and fancy decor. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true NYC experience. Until Next Time!!!
